Week one

The plan and the number.

You get a written scope, a fixed price and a date. Everything that is included is listed, and so is everything that is not. Nothing moves after this unless you ask for something new, and then you see the new number before we touch it.

Weeks two to four

You watch it get built.

A working link from the first week, updated as we go. A short written update every Friday in plain language. One person you talk to, who is also one of the people building it.

Live, and completely yours.

The code, the accounts, the keys and the documentation are all in your name from day one. If you want to bring it in house or hand it to another team, nothing is locked to us and nothing needs our permission.
